Blowing snow creates hazardous driving conditions
No travel advised in portion of west central Minnesota
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – (9:00 p.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation has enacted a no travel advisory on state and federal highways in Clay County, as well as a portion of Wilkin and Otter Tail counties due to dangerous driving conditions. This includes I-94 from Moorhead to Hwy59, Hwy 108 from I-94 to Pelican Rapids and Hwy 10 from Moorhead to Hawley.
Blowing snow is causing whiteout conditions. Snowplows will continue to operate, but motorists are advised not to travel until conditions improve.
