No travel advised in portion of west central Minnesota

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – (9:00 p.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation has enacted a no travel advisory on state and federal highways in Clay County, as well as a portion of Wilkin and Otter Tail counties due to dangerous driving conditions.
