WILLMAR, Minn. – (5:38 p.m.) U.S. Highway 15 is temporarily closed between Winthrop and the Sibley/McLeod County line, due to a crash. Traffic is being detoured; drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes. Flaggers are directing traffic.
