I-35 northbound ramp closures to occur Sept. 9 in Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. –The public is invited to attend an open house on Sept. 11 at Coleraine City Hall to give feedback about the Hwy 169 safety audit, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. The study area is in Itasca County on Hwy 169 on the four-lane sections of hwy.

MnDOT will host the event at 5 p.m. with a short presentation at 5:15 p.m. at the Nyberg Community Center at Coleraine City Hall (302 Roosevelt Ave, Coleraine, MN  55722). The project team will be available to hear feedback and answer questions.

The primary goal of the Hwy 169 audit is to identify traffic safety issues and propose short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to improve the safety of all road users.
