Hwy 13 closure in Mendota Heights begins Oct. 20

ROSEVILLE, Minn. —Both directions of Hwy13 in Mendota Heights will close between Wachtler Avenue and Sylvandale Road from 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20 through 9:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

During the closure motorists should follow the signed detour using Wachtler Avenue, Wentworth Avenue West, Dodd Road/Hwy149 and Smith Avenue South.

This closure is necessary for planting and erosion control work.
All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather and schedule permitting and subject to change. MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution, and slow down in work zones where workers are present.
