- Detour: 70th St. St. Croix Scenic Byway/Co. Rd. 21 to Afton Blvd.
Lane closures
9 a.m. Tue, May 26 through Thu, May 28
- Hwy 95 is reduced to a single lane in alternating directions controlled by flaggers at the Bailey Rd./40th St. intersection
- Hwy 95 remains open during roundabout construction
About this project
Starting in spring 2026, Hwy 95 in Woodbury will undergo a safety improvement project. Crews will improve traffic flow and safety with the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Hwy 95 and County Hwy 18/40th St./Bailey Rd.
