About the project
Summary of work
Highway 11 is in need of long-term improvements to address safety and aging infrastructure. Construction was originally planned for 2025 but was moved to 2026. When complete the project will:
- Replace deteriorating pavements
- Realign the section near the Roseau Airport
- Reconstruct the "ridge" area with right-turn lanes and center left-turn lane
- Replace culverts
